You’ll need a chair, couch or bed, and dumbbells or bands.
This is just one of the workouts I do while I recuperate from a broken foot and surgery.
This isn’t a beginner workout so you should know how to do basic push ups, crunches and basic dumbbell moves.
Even if you’re a fit workout person, *always* check with your doctor before working out injured (or otherwise). Not only do you not want to re-injure yourself, but often there are balance issues as your body works to compensate for the parts not working. But if cleared, keep moving! Keeps your body and mind tight!
But, you don’t need to be injured to do it! It’s a great at-home workout as well!
