Whew! This was a workout but A LOT better than my initial struggle.
Here I am using only 1 crutch AND the banister to stabilize myself which for me is more exertional BUT provides much more stability and security.
The very first time I used crutches was due to this injury and so not only did I have to learn to walk with them, but I also had to climb to the third floor. (I will also post that video as well) UTTERLY EXHAUSTING!
Again, this is my journey and not intended as any “formal” instruction on what to do.
