Rejuvenation Yoga is a blend of yoga and physical therapy that focuses on well-aligned postures, resistance band strengthening, dynamic stretching, fascia release work, soft tissue mobilization, and deep diaphragmatic breathing. Each class has a central focus (i.e neck, shoulders, knees, hips, spine, etc) and also includes a full spectrum practice for the entire body. Increase range of motion and mobility while gaining strength and stability. At 40+ years young we need a different kind of yoga, we need a smarter kind of practice that honors and includes the appropriate modifications and progressions to keep you improving each time.
