Getting advice from my orthotist about the casting position I was in five days into wearing the first hard-casts that I was put in post-op.

Thank you, Luke for taking the time to talk to me, as well as educate me about the things I was concerned with. I’m doing my best to listen to that voice inside me, to stay confident in speaking up and asking for help, and to always keep trying no matter what.

I’m learning as I go…as we all are. You can try everything to be prepared for what might come but you will always have more to learn.

We only know what we know until we know more.
