Broken Tibia and Fibula bones
Full body home workout wearing a cast. 1 month after the injury and comfortable to do light and minor workouts! Focus on your leg area to ensure you do not injure or hurt the area. Keep the area safe and workout when you have minimal pain.
I do approximately 2 sets x 12 repetitions of each workout. Do however many you choose based on the comfort of your body. Ensure the stretch after and eat proper nutrition to help with muscle recovery.
