Broken Ankle Workout | Cast Workout |
So I broke my tibia and fibula in my left ankle and am non weight bearing for a total of 8 week (about 6 left to go) so needed to create my own type of workout I can do without standing or weight bearing on my left leg. So here is a video of some thing I currently do to workout with a broke ankle!
