Yoga for a broken ankle/foot – All levels – Gentle Vinyasa Flow with injuries
Welcome beautiful souls! Staying stagnant with an injury is tough so I wanted to create this video for all everyone whose ever had a broken ankle or foot injury. This 20min gentle vinyasa flow yoga video is designed to help you find a little more ease, peace and joy during your a time of trauma or intense pain.
I am a 200 hour level certified teach however, I do not have any medical background, please do not consider this routine medical advice. It may not be appropriate depending on your injury. Please consult with your doctor.
EQUIPMENT NEEDED FOR THIS VIDEO:Yoga mat.
You can practice this flow with or without the cast, whatever feels good to you! You may find that using a pillow or blanket is helpful.
